Watching television has its advantages and its disadvantages.Whether watching television has more advantages or disadvantages depends on the individual.

A person can gain a lot of knowledge by watching good television programmes.Children learn moral values from educational children's programmes and science from Infocsience programmes.They also learn history from feature films as well as documentary shows.The National Geographic provides information about our habitat and environment in a very interesting way.The Crocodile Hunter provides information about animals habitat and why we must to protect animals.A person gains his knowledge in the comfort of his home.Watching scientific shows stimulates the mind.For example at TV9,start from 8.00 o'clock until 12.00 o'clock,it show a lot of educational programmes to give us information about science and give us many ways to solve the mathematics questions.It helps a person to have a wider perspective of science and its potential that can be used to help mankind.Television news is a good source of information on happenings in the nation as well as the world.University students actually do not have much time to watching television because they have a lot of work to do.However,if they want to know about what happen outside there,they just to watching news at television and after that,they can continue their work.Television programmes can help University students to find some information to complete their assignments.

On the other hand,watching television can have a bad effect on the viewer too.Foul language, violent and indecent acts from the shows can have a negative effect on the viewer's behavior.Children will follow their lovely artist acts.Scary and horror movies sometimes stretch the imagination of the viewer too far.Watching too much television may result in a person being an introvert, anti-social or becoming an addict to television programmes.University student should not watching television too much because they will not doing or finishing their assignment and maybe they will not study for their examination.

Nothing is perfect.A person must learn to make the best out of watching television by being selective of what he watches.In this way, watching television is not only fun but informative too.

What do we know about manga? what manga stand for?
Actually, "Manga" is a term outside of Japan refers specifically to comics originally published in Japan.
Manga originally come from Japan(paradise of manga and anime). Japan is the place where anime and manga been borned.
Every anime has their own manga, but not all manga has their own anime. For example, anime Bleach has their own manga, but in other hand manga zetman does not have their anime. Manga has been divided into many type such as doujinshi and etc.
its genre includes a broad range of subjects: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, horror, sexuality, and business and commerce, among others. Manga is so interesting to read because of their storyline and their drawing which is so great.
There also been a research that been done that show half of the teenagers from all the country like to read manga. Its shows that this manga has a big influence among teenager.
Many manga got famous around the world such as Dragon Ball, Bleach,Naruto,One Piece and etc. Dragon Ball is one of the greatest manga that had been created in the century and many people enjoying to read it like Stephen Chow(he said he like Dragon Ball and it gives him an inspiration on ANimax channel) and etc.
But, for the year of 2008, the most famous manga is One Piece which it books sales around the world for certain volume is more highest than Harry Potter sales. It also had been declared as the most wanted books for the year of 2008.

there are few ways to avoid stress such as:
* Learn better ways to manage your time. You may get more done with less stress if you make a schedule. Think about which things are most important, and do those first.
* Find better ways to cope. Look at how you have been dealing with stress. Be honest about what works and what does not. Think about other things that might work better.
* Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Don't smoke. Limit how much alcohol you drink.
* Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting to worry, try to stop the thoughts. Work on letting go of things you cannot change. Learn to say "no."
* Speak up. Not being able to talk about your needs and concerns creates stress and can make negative feelings worse. Assertive communication can help you express how you feel in a thoughtful, tactful way.
* Ask for help. People who have a strong network of family and friends manage stress better.

Men are simple and women are so complicated. Men always come to make a complicated things become simple. So, there might be simple things inside you that men looking for. Even though every man cannot give a specific answer what their criteria but some factor can be at least enclosing the general points what a man looking for.

If you are a single woman and planning to get yourself involving with dating or love matter, then I would advise to you to sneak through inside a man’s mind first to see what men's perspective towards a woman. That would be really helpful in the future as you will be well prepared for any possible date sooner or later. There are 4 basic terms or conditions men will put women in his consideration.

The very first thing to pop up into men’s mind is the “nature” of women. This first perception comes when meeting women in public, small chit-chat and simple body gesture. In today’s society, the teenage population has experienced an increase in violence.Example violence like bully cases that happen at Sarawak, Reduan Sami form 3 student Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Oya,Dalat was badly beaten up from 9 of his friends. Teens face many situations that cause these problems.Several factors are mass media and peer pressure.

Television, radio and newspaper are all ways of transferring messages to people.One might see a violent movie and decide to re-enact that scenes thus causing harm to others.Hidden meanings of racism and hate are put into music.Teens hear the words of their supposed role models and think it is OK to following their footsteps.When radeing of such violent acts as Israel bombing Palestin or the murders of Nurin Jazlin, it is taken to most that anyone can get away with crime.

Peer pressure is another big factor.Teenagers rely a great deal upon their peers for guidance and support.Sometimes this is the wrong path to take.Friendship is very important among teenagers.Teens let their friends talk them into doing things that they would not normally do.Today teenagers must learn to be leaders, not followers.

Teenagers who follow their own morals and good judgement will find that they will be in less troublesome situations.Learning not to believe everything they see and hear will help to come to reality with this ever changing world.Self esteem and confident in one’s self are very attractive qualities to show.Violence will lessen as teens become more mature and smarter.

ACTIVATE YOUR RIGHT BRAIN CELLS

Hello to everyone, while working on the works that have done yet, suddenly this idea comes to me, and I want wrote this idea in our blog. Do you all realize what we learn in primary school until we got in here; actually we only stimulate our left brain cells. When we learn science that make our head spinning and history that have lot to memorize and boring, that only stimulate our left brain. The question is when we use our right brain? The answer is zero or only 10% when we learn art in primary school. Actually this make our neuron cells become slow and might be dead.

According to intelligence, left brain use to memorize the data, knowledge and facts. Right brain use to imagination, creative thinking, rhythm, emotional, instinct, colour, music and more. It’s liked our right and left hand that we always use to working as well as our brain. Using a brain in unbalance make someone incomplete. When using a brain in balance can give us:-

1) very high concentrations power
2) never lack of idea
3) understand something that abstract(like we in programming class)
4) high perceptions power
5) own fast reaction
6) and more

Using lot of left brain can express human sounds like robot where as lot of interesting thing in this world that we must have to explore. Human also must express a lot of idea to expand and survive where as only with creative ways that can help us. How you all want to activate back or stimulate your right brain?

Actually it so easy, Dr HM Tuah(actually I don’t know who is this guy) suggest that with combining the potential of visual, finger movement, body language and sense of hearing i.e.

1) feel the story of history(might be boring to me) but its can liberate our mind and create a imagination according to our ways
2) try something new like climbing a mountain or playing video games like PS2 or PC games(this is my favorites)
3) look, observe and reading Al – QURAN(Alhamdulliah)
4) thinking with creative, analytics and literal
5) play chess or soduko that challenge your mind
6) always use WH questions in any situation

Albert Einstein was been said the he can use both of his brain until he became the genius human in the world, but when he was kid, Einstein was been sent back to home by his teacher because of stupidity of his brain. How the stupid Einstein can be smart? The answer is because he can use his potential brain in balance.

Hi..

Mother’s Day is a very special day for me. It’s remind me of a mother’s sacrifices in bringing up her children. A mother does not just give birth to the child but also nurture the child. She gives the child food so that her daughter can grow up. When her daughter falls sick, mother stays up to look after her daughter to sleep although she is tired herself.
Besides physical needs, mother also disciplines the child so that her daughter will learn responsibility and differentiate between right and wrong. When her daughter feels frustrated, mother will be there to lend a sympathetic ear. When her daughter is discourage and confuse, she will give encouragement and advice. She will always be there for her daughter for she loves her daughter.
To show my appreciation for my mother, I would give her little present, cook her simple meals and help her with the household chores. I believe these will be more meaningful than to wait until Mother’s Day before showing how I love her.

In my opinion, young people should seek advice from their parents when choosing their careers. However, I feel, in most cases, we must choose our career by ourselves after get some advices from other people including our parents. It is wrong if we ignore our parent’s opinions. We can take their opinion as the advices for us to make a right choice.

I would agree that our parents have a right to offer advice because they support us since childhood. Parents are the person who knows their children better than the children know themselves and parents have experience and would be in a better position to give advice on job opportunities and career prospects to their children. Sometimes, we as a young people do not make our choice on facts but on feelings.

Firstly,having more than one handphone.some students like for having more than one hanphones.Especially when ptptn season.
Doing assignment or homework at last minute.This is the most popular among students.Students always postpone for doing their assignment.Finally they forgot about the assignment and in the short time,they try to finish up the assignment quickly.At lat,they will copy and paste their friends assignment.So selfish..
Late come to class is also a habit among our students. This habit become popular among students.The last one,sleep in the class.it shown that we are not respect to our lecturers.

All of us know that English language is the most important language in this millennium.
English language has emerged as the international language of communication between individuals and business. English is important for everybody because it helps in the future life where you can communicate better and get better jobs. It doesn’t matter who you are and where you from. Besides that, a better communication can solve many problems that you had so English is used as a medium for communication. Most of people in the world communicate using English; most of literature published is in English. I still remember my literature subject in secondary school like ‘Phantom of The Opera’. If all of you want to communicate with many people, require more knowledge and get some reward, English is the only language that can make it possible. According to Microsoft:” The total number of people in the world speaking and studying English is approximately 1.5 billion.”

Here are some tips if you want to excel in English: While reading the newspaper or any English magazine article or story focus on the correct use of language in addition to absorb the news. Do you do like that? Do the same while you are watching TV news or English serial movie. I want remind myself and all of you that don’t depends to the subtitle to you understand the movie. It can’t help you to improve your English language at all. I believe that you will be able to accomplish what you want if you can speak, read and write English well. Much of your success will depend on your ability to communicate with people in English.So,in conclusion I want all of you try to speak in English wherever you are. Don’t be upset if somebody’s will laugh at you because you were in learning process and try to improve your English. After all, English is the corporate language of today’s globalizing world. well firstly sorry coz late to post my article..well this is my article...i'm not copy paste...so..its a little bit short....i hope u guys will enjoy reading...
Everyone have their own friends. Everyone have their own best friend. But what friends mean to us??? Did friends mean that we can share everything with them?? Did friends mean that we can leave them when we bored with them??? Did friends mean that we can betrayed them?? Did friends mean that we can scold or hit them???
My opinion is friends is a gift from God that we need to appreciate it. With friends, we have to honest with each other and help with each other if they are in trouble. For example, When I was in school before, I have 4 best friends. If we were fight with each other, we will try to forgot it, even though it hard for us, but we will try because we know that if we did not settle it, the problems will never end. Did u guys always share your problem with your friends?? I always share my problems with my friends, sometimes I also tell my problems to my boy friends, But if I tell my problems to guy, they will only said “Hye, u don’t have to worry”, “What?? Why girls always have problems??” Sometimes I felt want to kick them when they said that word. As a friends, we also need to listen to our friends problem. Am I true?? I have one experience, I used to listened to one of my friends problems from 1am until 4 am. I have to listen he talk to me and cry. I can’t said that I don’t want to heard because he is my friends. For me friends is the most important thing that we need in life than love. Because love will make us sad and maybe will leave us. But friends, they will never leave us even though they was so angry. We have to love all our friends, because when they gone forever, means they pass away, it means that we lose them forever. Friends does not means that we only can have friends among girls only or among boy only. We can have both of them. I have a lot of friends that among guys because I more comfortable with them. But I also have friends among girls too, don’t misunderstood ok, So, what your opinion about friend???

It's difficult, but essential that you maintain a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and plenty of sleep to function your best and get rid of the midsemester blues.

Relax: Try a Soothing Bath
Close the bathroom door and run a warm bubble bath. Add a few drops of an essential oil like lavender for an extra fragrant bath. Light a few candles, turn down the lights, and soak. Don't think about what needs to be done; just experience the warm water and simply be. As you soak, try some deep breathing exercises and meditate to move towards experiencing inner peace.

Hone Up on Your Study Skills
Now is the time to study! Even if you're not doing as well as you'd like, you've got plenty of time to make progress and improve your performance. Work on your study skills and you'll feel better and have less of a reason to worry. Review these resources for study tips.

Perbadanan tabung pendidikan tinggi nasional Malaysia(PTPTN) was established to help students gain entry to higher level institution of education in public (IPTA ) and private (IPTS)sectors.

This PTPTN loan study loans programs was established in 1999 and is mainly focused on student who have gained admission to local universities but are unable to futher their studies due to financial constraints.

Applications are only open to students who have gained admission at local universities or private colleges PTPTN will evaluates the financial background of the applicant’s family before approving the application decision made by the authority is final. No correspondence will be entertain

All the requirements above are subject to change by PTPTN from time to time.

What is love??

Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal emotion. . Love is not a single feeling but an emotion built from two or more feelings. Anything vital to us creates more than one feeling, and we also have feelings about our feelings (and thoughts about our feelings). This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, innefable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love to the profound.

Love is a strange thing. It can be the most amazing feeling in the world, or it can really hurt, but in the end love is something most, if not all of us, will face. While there are many different ways to defined love and there are many different ways to love someone (even yourself), here is a general guide to loving.How to show our love to people that are we felling love????

1. Say it. When you say the words "I Love You", they should carry with them the desire to show someone that you love them, not what you simply want to feel. When you say it make sure you really mean it and are willing to do anything for that special person.
2. Empathize. Put yourself in someone else's shoes. Rather than impose your own expectations or attempt to control them, try to understand how they feel, where they come from, and who they are. Realize how they could also love you back just as well.
3. Love unconditionally. If you cannot love another person without attaching stipulations, then it is not love at all, but deep-seated opportunism (one who makes the most of an advantage, often unmindful of others). If your interest is not in the other person as such, but rather in how that person can enhance your experience of life, then it is not unconditional. If you have no intention of improving that person’s life, or allowing that person to be themselves and accepting them as they are, and not who you want them to be, then you are not striving to love them unconditionally.
4. Expect nothing in return. That doesn't mean you should allow someone to mistreat or undervalue you. It means that giving love does not guarantee receiving love. Try loving just for the sake of love. Realize that someone may have a different way of showing his or her love for you, do not expect to be loved back in exactly the same way.
5. Realize it can be lost. If you realize that you can lose the one you love, then you have a greater appreciation of what you have. Think how lucky you are to have someone to love.

In up there have are tips how we can show our love either love with family , love to good and love with somebody that can make we happy.........But what i can says here, love also can make people want to kill himself if they not control their emotions. Love also can give advantages and disadvantages when people fell it...

Why can't we love them??

Hitting, kicking, teasing, beating, treaten and harass one of their peers in a verbal way, grab people’s stuff and money, force people to do something that they don’t want to do, locking them in or out of the rooms and sending nasty notes or text messages are such of examples of bullying that happen nowadays. Bullies act that way because for attention. They might think bullying is a way to be popular or to get what they want. Most bullies are trying to make themselves feel more important. When they pick on someone else, it can make them feel big and powerful. Therefore, some bullies tend to come from families that are characterized as having little warmth or affection. Parents of bullies also tend to use inconsistent discipline and little monitoring of where their children are throughout the day. Sometimes parents of bullies have very punitive and rigid discipline styles, with physical punishment being very common. Bullies also report less feelings of closeness to their siblings. Bullying can happen to everyone such as workers, students or children. These victims are often considered younger, weaker or sicker by their peers. Being bullied can make someone feel really bad. The stress of dealing with bullies can make them acts moody, don’t want to go outside, grades drop and physical illness. Many victims begin to distruct all their peers and have problem making friends. It's hard to keep mind on work when they worried about how to deal with the bully again. Bullying can make anywhere place a place of fear and can lead to more violence and more stress for everyone. But no one needs to put up with a bully's behavior. If you or someone you know is bothered by a bully, talk to someone you trust. Everyone has the right to feel safe, and being bullied makes people feel unsafe. Tell someone about it and keep telling until something is done. Bullying is a big problem that affects a lot of people but what do you do if someone is bullying you??

Hi there.. this week is my turn to share about something in this blog.

First of all, I want to apologize to all of you because I’m quite late to post my article. This is happen because I have no idea to what I want talking about, but I must share something to all of u.

My topic for this week is talk to yourself..

I’ve always been a little nervous, culturally, about talking to my selves. I somehow associate it with insanity. But my aunt already said to me and the same thing to her students that “talking to self is the ways to self motivation”.

Yup and I agree with her because there is no one better to talk than yourself if you really want to get things worked out. No other person has as much information about your problems and no one knows your skills and our abilities better than yourself.

A lot of people in the motivational and psychological field recommend confirmation. You choose a sentence to say, such as “Every day in every way I’m getting better and better,” or “don’t be afraid, I can do it”, and repeat it whether or not you think it’s true. While confirmations are a good first step to re-programming, I prefer conversation. However, I still lost my confident too when I forgot to talk to myself as usually to motivate myself.

Rather than brainlessly parroting to me, “I’m getting better and better,” it makes a longer-lasting impression when I successfully argue the case. Enough self-talk can prove myself that I’m getting better. Its one thing to try to hypnotize myself through repetition to accept something as true, and it’s quite another to make myself confident.

Sometime most people don’t talk to themselves very much. They listen to the radio; watch TV, gossip and fill up on the words and thoughts of other people all day long. But it’s is impossible to indulge in that kind of activity and self-create. As Plato said, thinking is simply your soul talking it itself. And because thought always precedes action, talking to you is a proven way to get motivated.

Here is a numberfor you:354670.That is the number of women that were raped in 1995 in United States.That’s mean,equivalent of one women being raped in two minutes.Want more number?
In the last two year,more than 787000 women were the victim of a rape or sexual assault,but only 37% of raped are reported by authorities.

When we say word “rape”,people automatically think of a stranger jumping out of the bushes or chasing you down an ally.Actually,rape is define as “forced,manipulated or coerced sexual contact by someone either you know him or not”.

For your information,rape can be occur when a man and a woman are alone whether in car or at home.Also,drugs and alcohol can drive you to date rape.According to research,many of the victim said that they are drank too much or took too many drugs but after they wake up,it was late.Another reason why rape occur,the misunderstand of woman friendliness.For example,the woman is a friendly person.So,she easy to communicating and friendly to people.And the man will misunderstand on woman friendliness.They might think that it was signal or “invitation” to have sex.

The reason that men do this because they think that they are tought to be aggressive and controlling at early age.Actually,as the person that have the strength mire than women,they should be protective to women,not assume that women as a sex object.Women are human being too.Men should relize that this attitude can lead them to date rape.

However,,women should know how to prevent rape before it happened.There are many steps you can take to prevent being raped.The first step is be psychologically prepared because women must accept the fact that they are potential to be rape victim.Second step is to be aware of community rape prevention and counseling.The third psychological step is to recognize the location and situation where rape is mostly happened.So that we can avoid it.

There are many things to consider when we have children in our lives for example, will they be able to grow up strong & healthy? will they have enough money to study or will they grow up to be a good person... mmm....

It's hard nowadays to have children & yet have to work to meet the high demands in lives. But yet, try to remember how our own parents have managed to bring us up so far and we survived.

DO we appreciated our parents then? There were cases of children sending their parents to old folks home, speaks to them rudely, ignore them when they grew up etc.

Parents in Palastine are trying very hard to save their children, providing them with food and water and a SAFE place to stay. It's heartbreaking to see them mourn & cry over their children's bodies.

But what about you? Can you do something for your parents? Do you show ur gratitude and appreciations to them?

Pray for them so that they can live a long life and blessed them for giving us such a good life.
