Watching television has its advantages and its disadvantages.Whether watching television has more advantages or disadvantages depends on the individual.

A person can gain a lot of knowledge by watching good television programmes.Children learn moral values from educational children's programmes and science from Infocsience programmes.They also learn history from feature films as well as documentary shows.The National Geographic provides information about our habitat and environment in a very interesting way.The Crocodile Hunter provides information about animals habitat and why we must to protect animals.A person gains his knowledge in the comfort of his home.Watching scientific shows stimulates the mind.For example at TV9,start from 8.00 o'clock until 12.00 o'clock,it show a lot of educational programmes to give us information about science and give us many ways to solve the mathematics questions.It helps a person to have a wider perspective of science and its potential that can be used to help mankind.Television news is a good source of information on happenings in the nation as well as the world.University students actually do not have much time to watching television because they have a lot of work to do.However,if they want to know about what happen outside there,they just to watching news at television and after that,they can continue their work.Television programmes can help University students to find some information to complete their assignments.

On the other hand,watching television can have a bad effect on the viewer too.Foul language, violent and indecent acts from the shows can have a negative effect on the viewer's behavior.Children will follow their lovely artist acts.Scary and horror movies sometimes stretch the imagination of the viewer too far.Watching too much television may result in a person being an introvert, anti-social or becoming an addict to television programmes.University student should not watching television too much because they will not doing or finishing their assignment and maybe they will not study for their examination.

Nothing is perfect.A person must learn to make the best out of watching television by being selective of what he watches.In this way, watching television is not only fun but informative too.

What do we know about manga? what manga stand for?
Actually, "Manga" is a term outside of Japan refers specifically to comics originally published in Japan.
Manga originally come from Japan(paradise of manga and anime). Japan is the place where anime and manga been borned.
Every anime has their own manga, but not all manga has their own anime. For example, anime Bleach has their own manga, but in other hand manga zetman does not have their anime. Manga has been divided into many type such as doujinshi and etc.
its genre includes a broad range of subjects: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, horror, sexuality, and business and commerce, among others. Manga is so interesting to read because of their storyline and their drawing which is so great.
There also been a research that been done that show half of the teenagers from all the country like to read manga. Its shows that this manga has a big influence among teenager.
Many manga got famous around the world such as Dragon Ball, Bleach,Naruto,One Piece and etc. Dragon Ball is one of the greatest manga that had been created in the century and many people enjoying to read it like Stephen Chow(he said he like Dragon Ball and it gives him an inspiration on ANimax channel) and etc.
But, for the year of 2008, the most famous manga is One Piece which it books sales around the world for certain volume is more highest than Harry Potter sales. It also had been declared as the most wanted books for the year of 2008.
This crazyness about the manga also lead to the fenomena - Cosplay or may i say Costume Player around the world.
The conclusion is, manga is the best.Read it or you will regret it.

when we talk about stress, what do we think? we think it all about studies, lecturer, work, assignment, project etc right.
Of course everyone needs a little tension and excitement to keep life interesting or else it become bored, but don't you know that frequent stress can take up a lot of your energy, and may damage your health. stress also may raise your blood pressure, make your immune system less efficient so you get sick more often, hurt your relationships, and increase your risk of heart attack. Never heard of that before right....
Stress is a fact of life for most people. You may not be able to get rid of stress, but you can look for ways to lower it.
there are few ways to avoid stress such as:
* Learn better ways to manage your time. You may get more done with less stress if you make a schedule. Think about which things are most important, and do those first.
* Find better ways to cope. Look at how you have been dealing with stress. Be honest about what works and what does not. Think about other things that might work better.
* Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Don't smoke. Limit how much alcohol you drink.
* Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting to worry, try to stop the thoughts. Work on letting go of things you cannot change. Learn to say "no."
* Speak up. Not being able to talk about your needs and concerns creates stress and can make negative feelings worse. Assertive communication can help you express how you feel in a thoughtful, tactful way.
* Ask for help. People who have a strong network of family and friends manage stress better.

so, don't stress too much or else you will become "crazy" nor "insane" and ends up at Tanjung Rambutan.
